Healthy Minds is the most evidence-based wellbeing curriculum available to schools. The programme consists of resilience, mental health, social media and goal setting lessons.
The curriculum has been developed from a research project that was directed by Bounce Forward, in partnership with the London School of Economics and the Education Endowment Foundation. This was the largest ever study of its kind, involving 35 schools and over 11,000 students over a four year period.
