We used the ‘Attitudes to Reading’ survey to see who we needed to support with reading at home, which genres children liked and more. We had one child who hated reading but loved dogs. We set her up to read with our Therapy Dog and she now is loving reading to him – a great win for us and an easy fix thanks to what we found out from the survey.

Efficiency is high on importance and BounceTogether gives us a more useful way of collecting data. We are able to look at individual answers, which is key in enabling us to identify areas of need and intervene early. We can also easily evidence impact to Governors, SLT, and external agencies (OFSTED in particular). This is key to seeing if our intervention pathway is working and having a positive impact.
