This process can help you identify specific needs on an individual basis, implement targeted interventions and monitor their impact over time.
The survey results can be used to provide data on specific target pupils, highlighting key issues and enabling tailored interventions to be formulated.
The survey results clearly indicate the lowest 20% of pupils with regards to their responses, informing practitioners of the pupils to target with additional support.
Targeted interventions can be measured with regards to impact, using the comparison tool to monitor progress within the additional support.
Utilising the data effectively to form part of Early Help Meetings, sharing data with parents/carers and outside agencies to support conversations around next steps.
Filtering results to an individual level within the platform will provide a deep insight into the pupil and promote a response that has maximum impact.
Data can support referrals for additional support both internally and externally, and EHCP applications.

We are an alternative provision centre, catering for SEMH. Children are on placements with us, so building our culture is a significant challenge as there is transience built into the system. BounceTogether supports the demographics of our setting. The range of surveys available and the ability to draw down on data enable us to support students effectively.
One cohort had not been split during their time in school. Now in year 3, they were struggling with social skills and relationships. Using BounceTogether to survey this specific area allowed us to explore their challenges and intervene straight away.
In one of our surveys, pupils reported lower levels of ‘being listened to’ than we had hoped. It informed our decision to create a ‘Pupil Parliament’ with pupils applying and campaigning for positions within the parliament. The aim was to give a bigger platform for pupil voice and so far, the impact has been excellent
Before working with BounceTogether, we felt we were only telling ½ a story without context or understanding of the environment our pupils are living in. BounceTogether has enabled us to see the whole, holistic picture.
Running the KINDL survey across years 1 – 6 has been key in enabling us to track the ‘un-trackable’ and flag up cohort / phase / school-based priorities regarding self-esteem, friendships, anxiety and families.
